> Mission > Directors Mission The Pacific Policy Research Foundation was founded in January 2005. PPRF is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit public benefit, educational and research organization, dedicated to the discussion of public policy, and complex issues to the benefit of the states and the nation. Through our conferences and forums we bring both public and private opinions makers and thought leaders together to seek creative solutions to the issues of the day. Through this free exchange of ideas we hope to promote the principals of a democratic and free society. Our commitment is to provide these forums for participants to discuss legislation, policy development and evaluate government programs and regulations in a non-partisan manner for the benefit of the American people.
